The Desk

The Insonti Marketing Desk

Every lead answered as you. Every day. Without you.

The Insonti Marketing Desk answers your inbox and your website forms as your business, follows every lead until it answers, and sends you a two-minute brief every morning. You read the brief. That's the whole job.

No call required, no demo meeting, no walkthrough. This page is the pitch.

You've seen the report

Not because you don't care. Because you were doing the work.

If you got here from your Missed Lead Report, you've already seen what a customer sees when they reach out to you right now: a question sitting in your reviews with no reply, a form on your site that goes somewhere, and a first impression that says nobody's home. Not because you don't care. Because you're under a car, at a showing, on a job site, or on the phone with the one customer who did get through.

That's the gap the desk closes. Not with a salesperson. With a desk that's always at the desk.

What the desk does

Six things. It hands you the seventh.

01

Answers

It answers your email inbox and your website form leads as your business, in your voice, within the hour during your business hours.

02

Follows

It follows every lead on a four-step ladder over twenty days until the lead answers, buys or says no. Nobody falls through.

03

Logs

It logs every touch to a CRM you don't have to run. You get the brief and the report; you don't get another login.

04

Briefs

It sends you a two-minute daily brief at 7:45 AM: what came in, what was answered, what needs your word today.

05

Reports

It sends a Monday report: leads, replies, conversations, and the three things worth your attention this week.

06

Hands you the calls

A price negotiation, a refund, anything legal: those come to you in the brief with a one-word reply ready. Everything else it handles.

Plain English

You don't have to understand any of this to use it.

Most of the owners this was built for don't want another piece of software, and they're not sure about anything with "AI" in it. Fair. So here's the part that matters: what you do, and what the desk does.

What you do
Read a two-minute brief at 7:45 each morning.
Say one word when something needs you.

That's the whole job. Nothing to install, nothing to learn, no new login.

What the desk does
Answers every lead within the hour, as your business.
Follows up for twenty days until it hears back.
Logs every touch. Reports every Monday.
Is this AI?

Yes, and it says so. Your desk signs as your business's team assistant and never pretends to be a person. Your customers get a fast, specific answer, which is what they were asking for.

Will it embarrass me?

It never quotes a price, never makes a promise, never argues, and you approve how it sounds before it goes live. If a reply ever reads wrong, you say so in one line and it changes the same day.

What if I want out?

Reply to any email from us. It stops at the end of the month and you keep everything: every lead and every conversation, in a file you can open.

How it starts

Live within five business days. No meeting in any of them.

There's no call required, no demo meeting, no walkthrough. You don't have time for one and you don't need one.

Day 0You start the pilot

The checkout is the agreement; there's nothing to sign.

Day 0Five questions by email

What you sell, where leads arrive, who answers today, the voice you want, and what we must never promise.

Days 1 to 5We set up your desk

Its standing instructions come from your five answers, and you approve a short voice sample with one word.

Day 5Live

Your leads start getting answered. Your first brief lands the next morning.

If you'd rather see it before you start it, reply "demo" to the email that brought you here and your Demo Desk arrives within one business day. It's your own unanswered messages, answered the way the desk would answer them.

Who it's for

Built for any business that lives on the next lead.

If your leads arrive by email or a website form, and one missed lead is real money, the desk is built for you. That's a dealer with a five-figure car sitting unanswered, a roofer whose next job started as a question with no reply, a real estate team, a wedding venue, a body shop, a mover. We started with classic and specialty car dealers, because that's the inbox that taught us the problem, and it runs the same for any of them.

It's not for everyone. We don't take businesses whose leads are health, financial or legal records, or businesses in certain regulated fields, among them healthcare, finance, insurance, legal, childcare and schools. If you're not sure yours fits, just ask.

Running now

Classically Obsessed, a classic car community, was the first business to hand the desk its inbox.

The desk works it on 3 passes a day: since 14 September it has answered 10 inbound emails for it, and every one was logged to the business's CRM the same day.

Measured 22 September 2026.

Straight answers

What you'd ask before you'd ever ask for a call.

Is it a person?

No. Your desk signs as your business's team assistant. It never claims to be a person and it never denies being automated. Your customers get a fast, specific, useful answer, which is what they were asking for.

Does it sound like me?

It works from your five answers and your own past replies, and you approve a voice sample before it goes live. If a reply ever reads wrong, you say so in one line and it changes the same day.

What if it doesn't know the answer?

It says so, tells the customer who will follow up and when, and puts the question in your brief. It never invents a price, a date or a promise.

Where do the leads live?

In a CRM we run for you. You get an export any time you ask. If you cancel, you keep everything.

Does it get into my email?

No. Your desk answers from a sending address set up for your business, so replies go out under your name. You never hand over your inbox password, and you can switch it off with one reply.

How do I cancel?

Reply to any email from us. That's it. Month to month, no term.

Who's behind it?

Insonti Digital, a Yakima, Washington company that runs the same desk on its own brands every day, including a classic car community whose videos have been watched more than a hundred thousand times. It's not a theory; it's what answers our own inbox.
